I don't see all the prints in the listing pictures, how do I know how [Name] Design looks before I buy it?
Oh you must have missed the catalogue link in the listing description! Bigcartel only lets me use five images per listing so I have everything shown over here for ease:

How soon with my product ship?
I mail in batches, so within 2 weeks, usually the week ordered. You will receive an email once your parcel has been mailed! I am mailing from Canada, so if you are international please allow for a couple weeks for arrival, Canada Post has some countries listed for delays.
-
Do you offer tracking?
I try my best to offer tracking when there is an affordable option to, and recently have become able to for US and international buyers. Canadian shipping prices are currently lower for domestic regular mail when available. If you have a concern regarding this or would like a specific type of tracked mail, please contact me through bigcartel or email me at [email protected] and we may be able to work out something more specific with a temporary additional listing.

Do you sell to the UK / calculate VAT? Where can UK Buyers go?
I don't have a good system to calculate VAT here on bigcartel, but I have an empty etsy storefront specifically for UK buyers. Contact me through here or my email [email protected] with what you would like to buy and I will make your cart a private listing on etsy for you to purchase there, where VAT can be calculated automatically. Prices will be the same as here for the items but I cannot account for what etsy fees might be added. If you accidentally order without reading this I will refund the order and reach out to the order's email, but this may incur a paypal fee.

Is there anywhere you can't ship to?
Canada Post service is currently suspended to Russia, Belarus, Libya, Nicaragua, Somalia, Syria, Yemen and North Korea. As such I cannot mail to those places. If you are ordering from one of these countries and would like to be notified if this changes let me know through contact here and I will keep track for you. Apologies! If someone from one of these places orders I will refund the order.

A print I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
I make print orders before conventions, so it may be back after a convention! However there are a few older prints I am working on retiring, so please contact me to ask if you want to know if a specific one is coming back!

A charm I want isn't pictured/ is marked with a * for it hasn't arrived. What does that mean?
It means that the order for that item is on it's way but I have not received it yet. This means it may delay it and anything else in an order with it's shipping time. I will update listings when they arrive, but the items are available.
-
My product didn't arrive/is damaged/something is missing, what do I do?
While I don't do full refunds for products received, if there's an issue please contact me and we will sort it out. Photos of your order if it was damaged will help in solutions. Small dents or slight bends that happen in postage are unfortunately sometimes unavoidable but I will package it as safely as possible. If the package fully doesn't arrive there's not much I can do for that, I mark all my packages as return to sender if undeliverable so there's a chance it will turn back up for me, and if so I will reach out to ask your preference for trying to re-ship.

Not all your items are in the shop! I want to buy [unlisted item] right now!
When I remove items (usually prints) from the shop or put it offline I am usually restocking or tabling at a convention I need inventory for soon. However, good news! You can bypass this and buy from me at anytime if you become a Patron to my Patreon! Patrons just need to send me a message and I will set up a sale for them even if an item is not currently in the shop so long as I am not sold out of it.
- What does Medium and Large mean? What about Postcard?
If you missed it in the listings or catalogue, my prints come in three sizes. Postcard (4 x 6 inches), Medium (8.5 x 11 inches or Letter size), and Large (11 x 17 inches or Tabloid size)
Here is an example of them all together for scale
